In general, you can visit our Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, in the event that you place an order with Truth Fairies™, our Site will collect personal information for the purposes of billing and promotion only.
When you visit our Site, there is no attempt by Truth Fairies™ to collect any information about you. However, when you place an order, we request that you send us Personally Identifiable Information. This information lets us know the specifics of who you are and can be used to identify, contact or locate you. Personally Identifiable Information may consist of: your name, address, telephone number, email address, birth date, billing information (credit card number, expiration date and billing address), occasion type (Valentine's Day, etc.), products purchased, any relevant promotion code and information, and the message and message recipient's name, address, telephone number, email address and any other information you may provide us ("Personally Identifiable Information”). Truth Fairies™ will communicate any message on your behalf, but will review all requests for content. Content that Truth Fairies™ deems inappropriate includes, but is not limited to: any threatening action, any message which may be construed as a threat to harm another person; to wish harm upon another person, any racial or ethnic slur, or any language that may be deemed unlawful.
4. Hold Harmless Agreement
Truth Fairies™ is not responsible for any consequence resulting from the use of our service.
By using the Truth Fairies™ service, you agree to save and hold harmless Truth Fairies™, its successors and assigns from all cost, injury and damage incurred by any action that may result from the use of the Truth Fairies™ Service, and from any other injury or damage to any person or property whatsoever, any of which is caused by an activity, condition or event arising out of the performance our Service.
5. Refunds
Truth Fairies™ does not refund payment for Service once your order is placed, nor do we provide cancellation services. Once an order is placed (i.e., if you hate your girlfriend at 10AM but find new love for her at noon) we are unable to cancel your order. All sales are final. Orders are processed immediately upon receipt and we cannot accommodate post-order changes.
6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information, after subpoena or written request, to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful.
7. Child Protection
We take special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our Site is a general audience site. Consumers making purchases on our Site must have a valid credit card and be 18 years of age or older. It is the policy of Truth Fairies™ not to collect personal information on any person under the age of 18 and we request that any person under age 18 not submit any personal information via our site.
8. Opt Out / Modify
We, Truth Fairies™ want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. To unsubscribe from promotional emails, send an email to customerservice@truthfairies.com. Please be sure to include your email address, full name, and specifically what information you do not want to receive.
