Q: Will my letter be anonymous?
A:

Your secret is safe with Truth Fairies!
Your letter will remain anonymous as long as you do not mention your own name anywhere within the letter. Truth Fairies will prepare your letter on our own stationery and the envelope will have our return address.

Q: How long will by letter remain in your files?
A:

The content of all letters will be deleted after ___ days, to allow for normal mail delivery, however your name and address will remain in our database for future reference.

Q: How much additional will I pay for tax and shipping?
A:

All postage and taxes are included in the $9.95.

Q: What if my letter is "Returned to Sender"?
A:

If for any reason your letter is returned to sender, we will notify you immediately.

Please be sure to double-check the recipient's address prior to purchase, as you will incur additional charges if we resend your letter.

Q: What is my guarantee that my letter will be delivered?
A:

Truth Fairies, Inc. uses the United States Postal Service for all deliveries.  Rain, sleet, snow and ice, the USPS will deliver all letters.
